Do Tennis Coaches Get a Percentage of Winning?

Tennis coaches are usually paid out on a fee-based basis, where players agree to pay a set amount for their coaching services

Coaching compensation has developed over time, and alternate models have developed.

Coaches at big tournaments might negotiate a portion of the players’ prize money in their compensation package.

Coaches are motivated by this arrangement to dedicate time as well as energy

Coach compensation can also be affected by tournament performance and prize money earned by a player.

The average base salary for a tennis coach on the ATP/WTA tour is between $50,000-$200,000.

This salary will then increase from commissions if the player collects more prize money.
